CURRENT SERVICES

Cash In

  • Go to any nearest Tap‘n Pay Agent Point.
  • Inform Agent the amount you want to “Cash In”.
  • Pay the amount of money you want to “Cash In”.
  • Agent will request you to tap your card or enter your registered mobile number to the POS Terminal.
  • Agent will complete the E-money deposit process to your Tap‘n Pay Account.
  • “Cash In” is done!

You will be notified of your successfully completed transaction with both:               -“System generated Printed Receipt” from POS Terminal.
              -“SMS” in your Registered Mobile Number.

Cash Out

If you have sufficient balance in your Tap‘n Pay account, you can withdraw cash anytime from any Tap‘n Pay Agent Point.

  • Go to any nearest Tap‘n Pay Agent Point.
  • Inform Agent the amount you want to “Cash Out”.
  • Agent will request you to tap your card and insert your PIN in POS Terminal.
  • Agent will process for next steps and you will get an OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP in POS Terminal.
  • Agent will complete the “Cash Out” process from your Tap‘n Pay Account.
  • “Cash Out” is done!

You will be notified of your successfully completed transaction with both:               -“System generated Printed Receipt” from POS Terminal.
              -“SMS” in your registered mobile number.

Send Money

Send Money allows you to transfer money from your Tap‘n Pay account to another Tap‘n Pay account.

  • Go to any nearest Tap‘n Pay Agent Point and inform him that you want to perform a “Send Money” service.
  • Inform Agent the amount you want to send and pay the amount of money.
  • Agent will request you to tap your card and insert your PIN in POS Terminal.
  • Select Input method (Receiver’s Registered Mobile Number/Card Pan Number).
  • Input the Receiver’s registered mobile number or “Card Pan Number” to which you want to transfer money.
  • Enter the amount in POS Terminal you want to transfer.
  • Agent will process for next steps and you will get an OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP in POS Terminal.
  • Agent will complete the “Send Money” process from your Tap‘n Pay Account to the Receiver’s Tap‘n Pay Account.
  • “Send Money” is done!

You will be notified of your successfully completed transaction with both:               -“System generated Printed Receipt” from POS Terminal.
              -“SMS” in your registered mobile number.

Balance Check

  • Go to any nearest Tap‘n Pay Agent Point.
  • Inform Agent that you want to check your “Account Balance”.
  • Agent will request you to tap your card and insert your PIN in POS Terminal.
  • Agent will complete the “Balance Check” process from your Tap‘n Pay Account.
  • “Balance Check” is done!

You will get a “System Generated Printed Receipt” from POS Terminal.

Mobile Top Up

“Mobile Top Up” process takes place at Agent Points via POS Terminal. The Agent is given the authorization of Mobile Top Up for customers.

  • Go to any nearest Tap‘n Pay Agent Point and inform him that you want to perform a “Send Money” service.
  • Inform the Agent that you want to do “Mobile Top Up”.
  • Agent will request you to:
    • Enter “Mobile Number” and “Top Up Amount” in POS Terminal.
    • Tap your “Customer Card” on POS Terminal.
    • Enter your PIN Number on POS Terminal.
  • Agent will process for next steps and you will get an OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP in POS Terminal.
  • Agent will complete the “Mobile Top Up” process.
  • “Mobile Top Up” is done!

You will be notified of your successfully completed transaction with both:               -“System generated Printed Receipt” from POS Terminal.
              -“SMS” in your registered mobile number.
