Agent Registration Process

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must have enough interest to do business with us.
  • Applicant must have Valid Trade License (Updated).
  • Applicant must have an authorized shop.
  • He should have minimum knowledge of handling a smart device, e.g. a Smart Phone.
  • Strong motivational power to convince and aware customers about the new technology and its benefits.

Required Documents:
Those who meet the above conditions and interested to do business with us, he needs to contact with our nearest dealer house/ DSR along with the following documents:

  • 2 Copies of Passport Size Photograph.
  • Applicant’s/Applicants’ Photo ID.
  • Trade License (Updated).
  • Need to fill up Tap ’n Pay KYC.

  • Tap ‘n Pay Dealer’s Sales Representative will support all documentation and KYC fill up related issues.

Customer Registration Process

  • Go to any nearest Tap ‘n Pay Agent Point with 2 copies of “Passport Size Photograph” and “Photocopy of Photo ID (National ID card/ Passport/ Driving License)”.
  • Collect a "Tap ‘n Pay Customer Registration (KYC) Form" and fill-up it carefully.
  • Agent will review “KYC Form and Documents”.
  • Agent will start the customer registration process in POS Terminal and enter your details from KYC Form.
  • Agent will take picture of all Documents and “Tap a New Card” for you.
  • Agent will request you to enter your “New PIN Number” in terminal and confirm it by re-entering.
  • Agent will process for next steps and you will get an “OTP (One Time Password)” in your given Mobile Number for registration.
  • Enter the “OTP (One Time Password)” in POS Terminal.
  • Your Registration as Tap ‘n Pay customer is done!
  • As confirmation, you will receive a SMS and a “Printed Receipt” from Agent.

Required Documents:

  • 2 Copies of Passport Size Photograph.
  • Applicant’s Photo ID.
  • Need to fill up Tap ’n Pay KYC.

● Applicants having experiences in Corporate Sales /Key Account Management /Business Development / Institutional Sales of Mobile Financial Services will be given high preference.
